Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was situated in a clean, secure location adjacent to the boardwalk, but it was a bit far from the city center. The rooms were initially dirty, but the housekeeping team did clean them up for us. The staff was polite and attentive, however, they neglected to return my passport after check-out. The dining options were limited and below par for a 4-star hotel. The facilities were lacking and the commercial places nearby were not impressive.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was clean and comfortable but the service was lacking. The location was far from attractions, and the dining options were disappointing. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks.
The hotel is a gem, placed right by the boardwalk and boasting a convenient location for a stroll or beach visit. The rooms are spotless and cozy, while the staff is incredibly helpful. On the downside, the dining options fell short of expectations. Nevertheless, the pool area is a refreshing oasis. Pricing is fair, although extras like Wi-Fi come at an additional cost.
I found the hotel to be quite a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-cleaned by the housekeeping team, but unfortunately, the level of English spoken into the room was below par. The service, however, was a pleasant surprise with a friendly and helpful staff, although they forgot to return my passport after check-out. The location was a letdown being far from the city center and lacking commercial places nearby, making it quite inconvenient for exploring. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of dishes but falling short of the standard expected at a 4-star hotel.
I found this hotel to have a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned by the housekeeping team. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were issues with the handling of documents and return of personal items. The location was far from the city center and lacked nearby amenities. The dining was disappointing, despite offering a variety of Western and Vietnamese foods. The facilities were average.
